Ratliff expects to be at full strength by training camp.

Add Dallas Cowboys starting nose tackle Jay Ratliff to the list of players missing practice time dealing with nagging injuries but he expects to be ready for the Cowboys’ first team practice on July 30.

Josh Ellis of Dallas Cowboys.com reports Ratliff sat out all 11 on-field practice sessions and spent almost all of the spring and summer while recovering from a pretty serious foot injury. Near the very beginning of the offseason strength and conditioning program, he suffered a torn plantar fascia.

“I’ve just been rehabbing,” Ratliff said “Just getting treatment and getting right, getting ready for the season.”
