Calvin Watkins of ESPNDallas.com reports after returning to the lineup from a back injury that cost him three games, starting center Phil Costa returned last week in the loss to Baltimore.
But Costa was listed as limited on Wednesday’s practice report because of a sore right knee. He injured the same knee in a game last season against the San Francisco 49ers.
Costa being limited could be precautionary more than anything else.
If Costa is unable to play, it leaves some serious questions at center because Ryan Cook, who replaced Costa at the position, didn’t practice because of a hamstring injury.
