As earlier reported the Seattle Seahawks and the Dallas Cowboys came to terms to trade running back Christine Michael for a seventh round pick.
Micheal was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft from Texas A&M. He played college football at Texas A&M. He has 254 rushing yards on 52 carries with the Seattle Seahawks.

There are conflicting reports on social media stating that the Dallas Cowboys are thinking about possibly trading for Denver Broncos running back Montee Ball.
Ball was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He has 731 career rushing yards and five touchdowns.

The Dallas Cowboys released 10 players today to trim their roster down to the NFL mandated 75 player cut limit. The Cowboys will face interstate rival the Houston Texans for their final preseason game.
After the final preseason games all NFL teams will have until September 5th to make all final cuts and trim their rosters down to 53 players before 4:00 pm ET.

ESPN reporter Todd Archer reports that the Dallas Cowboys activated linebacker Rolando McClain from the NFL Physically unable to perform list today.
McClain still faces a four game suspension from the NFL for violating the league’s substance abuse policy
